# Unable to cook fancy food as viral fever has brought me down. But, hey I can still write fancy recipes 🙁 🙂
This is what I made for a quick evening snack long long ago.
I took half a cup of wheat flour, quarter a cup of rice flour, a tablespoon of rava, besan flour and sambar powder(homemade/MTR), a pinch of turmeric and hing, salt as per your taste. I mixed them well and poured 1.5 glasses of water onto it. I also chopped a tomato into small pieces and added to the mix. I whisked it thoroughly which gave me a perfect batter for dosa. The consistency of batter was just as much as normal dosa batter.(neither too thick or thin)
Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Rava(bombay rava) – 1 tbsp
Gram flour/Besan – 1 tbsp
Turmeric and Hing – 1 small tsp
Salt – as per taste
Tomato – 1
I then took a ladle of the batter and poured onto the tawa; smeared meagre amount of oil on top. Cooked well on both the sides by covering it with a lid.
Tomato Dosa was ready to be eaten!
Happy Cooking!
