Akkayyamma Betta is a small hill located near Devanahalli.
The ascent and descent is easy with steps till the top of the betta. The boulders are rough and are carved into steps using which you can climb.
The hillock has temples of Akkayamma and Muneeshwara, boulders, lake at the base of the hill.
There are a bunch of farms around the hill. Vegetables like cauliflower and cabbage are grown. The view is amazing. If you trek slightly higher after the temple, you get the best view of flights taking off and landing.
The view of airport from here is the best! You get a complete view of runway and its like watching a light show from a distance.
It just gets better at night with lit up boulders and runway at a distance!
